OUR POLICIES

Here at Elysian House of Beauty we have a few policies to ensure the we can offer our guests the best possible service and experience at all times. Please review these prior to booking your appointment and feel free to contact us with any questions. We look forward to seeing you! 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise meaning you will have cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for atleast a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. 

 

Each professional here handles their own cancellation policies within booking with them. A card on file may be put in place, please read carefully to each of their own policies. 

RE-DO POLICY

We strive to offer our guests with the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with any service after you leave the salon, please let us know within 3 days. We would love to correct any issue. Under no circumstance are refunds provided for services. 

BOOKING POLICY

Please note that prices may vary based on the stylist or service provider.  A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments. For bridal and group bookings, please contact us for a consultation.
